دليل التثبيت والتفعيل

اتبع الخطوات دي بالترتيب وهتكون شغّال في دقائق.

1 — حمّل البرنامج

بعد إتمام الدفع بدقائق يوصلك إيميل فيه رابط التحميل ومفتاح الترخيص. لو ملقيتش الإيميل، شوف مجلد Spam ومجلد Promotions.

2 — ثبّت الملف

  • شغّل ملف التثبيت اللي نزلته.
  • ملف التثبيت موقّع رقمياً (Code-Signed)، لكن لو ظهرت رسالة من Windows SmartScreen اضغط More info ثم Run anyway.
  • لو عندك مضاد فيروسات متشدد، أضف مجلد البرنامج إلى الاستثناءات.
  • استنى لحد ما التثبيت يخلص ثم افتح البرنامج.

3 — فعّل الترخيص

  • عند أول تشغيل هيطلب منك مفتاح الترخيص.
  • انسخ المفتاح من الإيميل والصقه كما هو — منغيرش فيه حرف ومنحطش مسافات زايدة.
  • اتأكد إن الإنترنت شغّال وقت التفعيل.
  • بعد التفعيل المفتاح يرتبط بالجهاز ده فقط وما ينفعش على جهاز تاني.

4 — اربط حساب واتساب

من لوحة التحكم اربط حسابك (Cloud API أو Web)، وابدأ بحساب واحد لحد ما تتأكد إن كل حاجة شغّالة.

مشاكل شائعة وحلولها

المفتاح مرفوض أو غير صالح تأكد إنك نسخته كامل بدون مسافات زايدة، وإن الإنترنت شغّال.
المفتاح مفعّل على جهاز تاني كلمنا لنقل الترخيص — النقل مسموح مرة كل 30 يوماً.
البرنامج ما بيفتحش تأكد إن الويندوز 10 أو 11 وإصدار 64 بت، وجرّب تشغيله كـ Administrator.
المضاد حجز الملف أضف مجلد البرنامج إلى استثناءات مضاد الفيروسات ثم أعد التثبيت.
الترخيص خلص اشتري الباقة مرة ثانية وهتتجدد المدة على نفس المفتاح.

التجديد

مفيش خصم تلقائي. لما تقرب من نهاية المدة، اشتري الباقة مرة ثانية والمدة الجديدة تُضاف على المتبقي من اشتراكك الحالي.

Install & Activate

Follow these steps in order and you'll be running in minutes.

1 — Download the software

Within minutes of payment you receive an email containing the download link and your licence key. If you can't find the email, check your Spam and Promotions folders.

2 — Install

  • Run the installer you downloaded.
  • The installer is code-signed, but if Windows SmartScreen shows a warning, click More info then Run anyway.
  • If you use a strict antivirus, add the program folder to its exclusions.
  • Wait for the installation to finish, then open the application.

3 — Activate your licence

  • On first run you'll be asked for your licence key.
  • Copy the key from the email and paste it exactly — don't retype it or add spaces.
  • Make sure you're online during activation.
  • After activation the key is bound to that device only and won't work on another machine.

4 — Connect a WhatsApp account

From the dashboard, connect your account (Cloud API or Web). Start with a single account until you've confirmed everything works.

Common problems and fixes

Key rejected or invalid Check you copied it in full with no extra spaces, and that you're online.
Key already activated on another device Contact us to transfer the licence — transfers are allowed once every 30 days.
Application won't open Confirm you're on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, and try running it as Administrator.
Antivirus quarantined the file Add the program folder to your antivirus exclusions and reinstall.
Licence expired Purchase the plan again and the term renews on the same key.

Renewal

There is no automatic charge. As your term nears its end, purchase the plan again and the new term is added to whatever remains of your current subscription.
