شروط الخدمة — FAST TECH

تسري هذه الشروط على كل من يشتري أو يستخدم أي منتج من منتجات FAST TECH ("نحن"). باستخدامك للمتجر أو للبرنامج فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل. آخر تحديث: أغسطس 2026.

1. طبيعة المنتج

منتجاتنا هي تراخيص استخدام لبرنامج مكتبي يعمل على نظام ويندوز، وليست بيعاً للبرنامج نفسه. نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام البرنامج طوال مدة اشتراكك السارية.

2. الاشتراك ومدته والتجديد

  • الباقات المتاحة: شهر واحد، ثلاثة شهور، سنة كاملة. تبدأ المدة من لحظة إصدار مفتاح الترخيص.
  • لا يوجد خصم تلقائي متكرر. التجديد يتم بشرائك الباقة مرة أخرى قبل أو بعد انتهاء المدة.
  • عند التجديد قبل انتهاء اشتراكك الحالي، تُضاف المدة الجديدة إلى تاريخ الانتهاء القائم ولا تفقد أي أيام متبقية.
  • ينتهي عمل البرنامج تلقائياً بانتهاء مدة الاشتراك دون إشعار إضافي.

3. مفتاح الترخيص والأجهزة

  • مفتاح الترخيص الواحد يُفعَّل على جهاز واحد فقط، ويرتبط ببصمة الجهاز عند أول تفعيل.
  • مشاركة المفتاح أو بيعه أو نشره أو محاولة تجاوز نظام الترخيص تؤدي إلى إيقافه فوراً دون استرداد.
  • عند تغيير جهازك، تواصل معنا لنقل الترخيص. النقل مسموح به مرة واحدة كل 30 يوماً.

4. مسؤوليتك عن الاستخدام — بند جوهري

البرنامج أداة، وأنت المسؤول الوحيد عن طريقة استخدامك لها ومحتوى الرسائل التي ترسلها ومصدر الأرقام التي تراسلها. وعلى وجه التحديد تقر وتوافق على ما يلي:

  • الالتزام بشروط استخدام واتساب وسياساته، وبكل القوانين المصرية السارية بما فيها قوانين حماية البيانات الشخصية ومكافحة الرسائل غير المرغوبة.
  • الحصول على موافقة صريحة من الأشخاص قبل مراسلتهم لأغراض تسويقية.
  • عدم استخدام البرنامج في الاحتيال أو التضليل أو الترويج لمنتجات محظورة أو انتحال صفة الغير.
  • أنت وحدك تتحمل مسؤولية أي حظر أو تقييد أو إغلاق يقع على رقم واتساب الخاص بك أو حساباتك نتيجة استخدامك للبرنامج. هذا الاحتمال قائم بطبيعة هذا النوع من الأدوات، ولا يترتب عليه أي التزام علينا بالاسترداد أو التعويض.

مخالفة هذا البند تعطينا الحق في إيقاف ترخيصك فوراً ودون استرداد.

5. لا ضمان للنتائج

لا نضمن أي نتائج تسويقية أو مبيعات أو معدلات وصول أو استجابة. نتائج حملاتك تعتمد على محتواك وجمهورك وسوقك. يُقدَّم البرنامج "كما هو" دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بخلاف ما نص عليه القانون.

6. التوافر والتحديثات

نبذل جهداً معقولاً لإبقاء البرنامج صالحاً للعمل ونصدر تحديثات دورية. قد يتوقف البرنامج أو تتعطل بعض مزاياه لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا، ومنها تغييرات تجريها واتساب على أنظمتها. في هذه الحالات نلتزم ببذل جهد معقول لإصدار تحديث، ولا نلتزم بتعويض عن فترة التوقف.

7. حدود المسؤولية

في كل الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك قيمة المبلغ الذي دفعته فعلياً خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للواقعة. ولا نُسأل عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، بما فيها فوات الكسب أو فقدان البيانات أو الإضرار بالسمعة أو خسارة حسابات.

8. الملكية الفكرية

البرنامج وشفرته وواجهاته وعلامة FAST TECH التجارية مملوكة لنا بالكامل. يُحظر نسخ البرنامج أو تعديله أو عكس هندسته أو اشتقاق أعمال منه أو توزيعه.

9. الاسترداد

تخضع طلبات الاسترداد لسياسة الاسترجاع المنشورة على المتجر، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.

10. الدعم الفني

الدعم متاح عبر البريد ehab.alqadi.001@gmail.com وواتساب 01101160208. نلتزم بالرد خلال 48 ساعة كحد أقصى.

11. الإيقاف والإنهاء

يحق لنا إيقاف أو إنهاء ترخيصك فوراً عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو عند ثبوت استخدام غير مشروع، أو عند التلاعب في وسيلة الدفع. الإنهاء لهذه الأسباب لا يستوجب استرداداً.

12. تعديل الشروط والأسعار

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط أو الأسعار مستقبلاً. تسري الأسعار المعلنة وقت الشراء على اشتراكك القائم حتى انتهائه، وتُطبَّق أي أسعار جديدة على عمليات الشراء التالية.

13. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية وحدها بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

14. العلاقة مع Shopify

يعمل هذا المتجر على منصة Shopify، التي تمكّننا من تقديم الخدمة لك. غير أن أي عملية بيع أو شراء تتم في متجرنا تكون مباشرةً مع FAST TECH. باستخدامك للمتجر تقر بأن Shopify ليست مسؤولة عن أي جانب من جوانب التعامل بينك وبين FAST TECH، بما في ذلك أي ضرر أو خسارة تنتج عن المنتجات والخدمات المشتراة، وتُخلي مسؤولية Shopify وشركاتها التابعة من كل المطالبات المتعلقة بمشترياتك منّا.

Terms of Service — FAST TECH

These terms apply to anyone who purchases or uses any FAST TECH product ("we", "us"). By using the store or the software you agree to them in full. Last updated: August 2026.

1. Nature of the product

Our products are usage licences for a Windows desktop application, not a sale of the software itself. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Subscription, term and renewal

  • Plans: one month, three months, or one year. The term begins when the licence key is issued.
  • There is no automatic recurring charge. Renewal happens by purchasing the plan again, before or after expiry.
  • Renewing before your current subscription expires adds the new term to your existing expiry date; no remaining days are lost.
  • The software stops working automatically when the subscription expires, without further notice.

3. Licence key and devices

  • One licence key activates on one device only and is bound to that device's fingerprint at first activation.
  • Sharing, reselling, publishing the key, or attempting to bypass the licensing system results in immediate suspension without refund.
  • If you change devices, contact us to transfer the licence. Transfers are permitted once every 30 days.

4. Your responsibility for use — material clause

The software is a tool. You are solely responsible for how you use it, for the content of the messages you send, and for the source of the numbers you contact. You specifically acknowledge and agree that you will:

  • Comply with WhatsApp's terms of service and policies, and with all applicable Egyptian law, including personal data protection and anti-spam rules.
  • Obtain express consent from individuals before messaging them for marketing purposes.
  • Not use the software for fraud, deception, promotion of prohibited goods, or impersonation.
  • Bear sole responsibility for any ban, restriction or closure applied to your WhatsApp number or accounts as a result of your use of the software. This risk is inherent to this category of tool and creates no obligation on us to refund or compensate.

Breach of this clause entitles us to suspend your licence immediately without refund.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any marketing results, sales, reach or response rates. Your results depend on your content, audience and market. The software is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties beyond those required by law.

6. Availability and updates

We make reasonable efforts to keep the software working and to issue regular updates. The software or some of its features may stop working for reasons outside our control, including changes WhatsApp makes to its own systems. In such cases we commit to making reasonable efforts to release an update, but not to compensating for downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

In all cases our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or loss of accounts.

8. Intellectual property

The software, its source code, interfaces and the FAST TECH trademark are wholly owned by us. Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works from, or distributing the software is prohibited.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy published on this store, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Support

Support is available at ehab.alqadi.001@gmail.com and WhatsApp 01101160208. We commit to responding within 48 hours.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence immediately upon breach of these terms, proven unlawful use, or payment method manipulation. Termination on these grounds does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Changes to terms and pricing

We may amend these terms or our pricing in future. Prices published at the time of purchase apply to your existing subscription until it expires; new prices apply to subsequent purchases.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Relationship with Shopify

This store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the service to you. However, any sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with FAST TECH. By using the store you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction between you and FAST TECH, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims relating to your purchases from us.
